Meanwhile, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora, Quezon, Cagayan and Isabela will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains as the northeast monsoon affects extreme Northern Luzon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
