PAGASA: Isolated rains to prevail in parts of PHL

(Eagle News)—Isolated rains are expected in parts of the Philippines on Sunday, March 10, as  the easterlies affect southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, which means there can be isolated flooding or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and rest of the country will experience partly  cloudy to cloudy skies, PAGASA said.

Moderate to strong winds will prevail  over extreme Northern Luzon, where moderate to rough coastal waters will prevail.

The eastern section of Southern Luzon, of Visayas and of Mindanao will have  moderate to occasionally strong winds, with moderate to occasionally rough coastal waters.

The rest  of the country, on the other hand, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
