PAGASA: Easterlies affecting eastern portion of the PHL

(Eagle News) — The easterlies are affecting the eastern portion of the country.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Metro Manila and rest of the country are therefore expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.

PAGASA said extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country, meanwhile, is expected to have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
