QUEZON City, Philippines, June 9 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the sudden downpour experienced in Metro Manila is a sign that the dry season is officially over.
The weather bureau advised the public to be prepared for more sudden downpour throughout the week.
