MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — In response to the report of the Commission on Audit (COA), the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) said that their 1.1 billion peso-fund was all accounted for. The OPAPP just failed to liquidate said fund on time.
