QUEZON City, Philippines – Business magnate Roberto Ongpin resigned as chairman and director of gaming firm Philweb Corporation after being identified by President Rodrigo Duterte as one of the oligarchs behind online gaming. After Duterte’s speech, Philweb’s shares fell down by 36.88% . Ongpin’s resignation is effective immediately.
