(Eagle News)–The northeast monsoon is affecting Northern and Central Luzon today.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Cagayan Valley, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains as a result.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, while Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, this time due to localized thunderstorms.
