MANILA, Philippines, September 11 (Eagle News) — According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), there will be no increase in the honorarium received by teachers serving as Board of Election Inspectors in the coming 2016 election.
The commission explained that the Department of Budget Management did not include said increase in the Php 20 billion – budget of the COMELEC due to a pending bill regarding the matter.
