QUEZON City, Philippines, July 20 (Eagle News) — The National Food Administration (NFA) assured the public that there is enough rice supply during the lean months despite said period lasting till October due to the effects of El Niño.
The NFA was able to ensure that the price of rice will remain stable by acquiring sufficient buffer stocks through rice imports from Thailand and Vietnam.
