QUEZON City, Philippines – The National Board of Canvassers is expecting to complete its canvassing tomorrow. The NBOC is just waiting for the result of the detainee votes as well as the certificate of canvass and results from Lanao del Sur and northern Samar where special elections were held. Accordingly, the proclamation of the twelve senators may be done within the week.
