(Eagle News)—The National Bureau of Investigation has arrested Kenneth Dong, the alleged middleman in the P6.4-billion shabu shipment in 2017.
Dong was nabbed by NBI operatives in a house in Katarungan Village ini Muntinlupa City at 2 p.m.
The arrest was by virtue of the alias Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Rainelda H. Estacio-Montesa of Branch 46 of the Regional Trial Court of Manila for importation of illegal drugs.
Dong was also charged with rape in a Parañaque court but this was dismissed.
