QUEZON CIty, Philippines – Now in custody of the National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division is the hacker that attacked the official website of the Commission on Elections. Said suspect was apprehended due to the combination of digital and human surveillance. The COMELEC website was hacked last March 28 by a group of hacktivists that called themselves Anonymous Philippines.
