According to the Liberal Party’s Vice Chairman for Political Affairs, Caloocan Representative Edgar Erice, former PNP Special Action Force Director Getulio Napeñas is no longer a credible witness in the new investigation to be conducted by the Senate regarding the Mamasapano incident due to Napeñas’ connection with Vice-President Jejomar Binay.
