MANILA, Philippines, September 14 (Eagle News) — With President Benigno S. Aquino III himself saying that the alternative truth should be known by the public, Senators Tito Sotto and Francis “Chiz” Escudero is asking for the re-opening of the investigation of the Mamasapano incident, especially when there are reports saying that it is not the Special Action Force (SAF) commandos who killed the terrorist known as Marwan.
