QUEZON City, Philippines, June 1 (Eagle News) — As the El Niño phenomenon continues to gather strength, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services and Administration (PAGASA) identified 50 more provinces that will experience a dry spell from August to December.
