MMDA suspends dry run of provincial bus ban along Edsa

(Eagle News)–The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has suspended the dryrun of the provincial bus ban on Edsa.

MMDA Jojo Garcia said the suspension was pending a meeting with  the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).

“We will continue with the dry run once the guidelines and implementing rules have been ironed out by the three agencies involved,” Garcia said in a statement.

The dry run started last April 22.

Earlier, the MMDA said it is targeting to close all passenger bus terminals along EDSA by June.
