GUADALUPE, Makati City – Due to the overwhelming heat, the Metro Manila Develoment Authority will implement a 30-minute “heat stroke break” for its constables and street sweepers. Said break will start on March 25 and will last until May 30. MMDA added that the alternate breaks will be from 9 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. An additional 15-minute break can be added depending on the situation.
