QUEZON City, Philippines – The Manila International Airport Authority or MIAA launched its new 24/7 hotline number 877-1111 for customer complaints regarding the terminals of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport or NAIA.
Passengers can report personnel misbehavior as well as overcharging taxi cabs. Passengers can also use text messages to make their complaints known by using TXT NAIA: to the number 0917 – 839 – 6242.
