PASIG City, Philippines, June 5 (Eagle News) — According to Meralco, there will be a possible 15 to 20 centavo decrease per kilowatt/hour in electricity charges due to lower generation charges which in turn resulted from the lower price of coal and liquid fuel used by power plants.
