QUEZON City, Philippines – According to House of Representatives majority leader Neptali Gonzales, the canvassing of the votes for the President and Vice-President may resort to manual canvassing due to the fact that the machines to be used in the Congress are still not programmed to read provincial and city certificate of canvass.
