(Eagle News)–Metro Manila, parts of Luzon and Western Visayas will have occasional rains due to the southwest monsoon.
In its advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Central Luzon will also experience monsoon rains, with flash floods or landslides possible.
Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, and the Cordillera Administrative Region will, on the other hand, have cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the trough of Tropical Depression “Nimfa,” which is located 785 kilometers east northeast of Basco, Batanes, packing maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph.
It is moving northeast slowly.
Mindanao and the rest of Visayas, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
