QUEZON City, Philippines – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) gave tips to the public on how to avoid colorum vehicles. This is in the light of recent events wherein colorum UV express vehicles were used for the commission of various crimes.
According to LTFRB Chairman Winston Ginez, there should be a UV Express marking on both sides of the vehicle, as well as an indication of its authorized route. According to the LTFRB, colorum vehicles are more often used in crimes compared to UV express vehicles with authorized franchises.
