LPA to bring cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers to Cagayan Valley, CAR, Ilocos provinces

(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a low pressure area off Aurora.

PAGASA said as a result of the LPA located 225 kilometers east northeast of Casiguran, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the Ilocos provinces will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Flashfloods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, PAGASA said, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening, this time due to localized thunderstorms.
