(Eagle News)–A low pressure area has been spotted near Pangasinan and is being monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
PAGASA said the LPA, as of 3 a.m., was located 380 kilometers west of Dagupan City.
MIMAROPA and the provinces of Cavite, Batangas, Bataan and Zambales will experience monsoon rains, with possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila, Mindanao, Visayas, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region and the rest of Central Luzon and of CALABARZON, on the other hand, will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms, the weather bureau said.
Southern Luzon and Visayas will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters, while Mindanao and the rest of Luzon will have light to moderate rains and slight to moderate coastal waters.
