(Eagle News) — The Low Pressure Area spotted off Catanduanes has developed into a tropical depression.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said as of 8 a.m., the LPA located 910 kilometers east of Virac is now Tropical Depression “Ramon.”
PAGASA had said Visayas, Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, and the province of Quezon, Marinduque and Romblon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the LPA.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains as the northeast monsoon affects Northern and Central Luzon.
