The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is monitoring the progress of a low-pressure area that may enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday. Said lower pressure area (LPA) may become a storm and will be designated “Lando”.
