QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – The low pressure area monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration has developed into a full-blown storm and was given the designation “Enteng”.
The PAGASA forecast said that the center of the storm is in Batanes and is expected to bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains over Pangasinan, La Union and Benguet which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.
