QUEZON City, Philippines – Surigao del Norte Representative Robert Barbers proposed that lawmakers that would get a positive result in the mandatory drug test should be removed from office immediately as they are an embarrassment to the Congress.
Barbers also expressed his willingness to undergo said drug test. Other than the members of the Congress themselves, the mandatory drug test would also include employees of the Congress as well as legislative staffs and consultants.
