The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) removed the name “Lando” in the list of storm names and will be replaced with “Liwayway”. Said removal is part of the system of PAGASA which calls for the removal of the name of the storm that caused widespread destruction.
