Kerwin Espinosa to return to Philippines on Thursday, November 17

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Alleged drug lord Kerwin Espinosa is expected to return to the country on Thursday, November 17.

According to Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Roland dela Rosa, a representative of the PNP was sent to Abu Dhabi in order to facilitate the turn-over of Kerwin Espinosa from the Abu Dhabi authorities to Philippine police officials.

Kerwin Espinosa will remain in the custody of the PNP and will not be remanded to the Leyte provincial police. Dela Rosa guaranteed that the younger Espinosa will not suffer the same fate of his father, who died in jail.
