JUST IN: Advincula gets admitted to hospital — Albayalde

(Eagle News)–The man who claimed to be “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narco-list” videos against President Rodrigo Duterte and his family has been admitted to the hospital.

Philippine National Police Chief Oscar Albayalde said  Peter Joemel Advincula was rushed to the PNP General Hospital on Friday, May 24, after his blood pressure shot up to 130 over 90.

” I think actually naka-hospital sya based from the feedback that I got,”, Albayalde said.

Advincula, who faces estafa and illegal recruitment charges, surrendered to the police on Wednesday afternoon after the issuance of a warrant of arrest against him.

In a press conference on Thursday, May 23, Advincula said the Liberal Party, Antonio Trillanes IV and other opposition figures were behind the “Bikoy” videos, the contents of which according to him were all “lies.”

He said the videos, which were filmed in a convent, were aimed at discrediting President Rodrigo Duterte’s longtime aide Bong Go and at ousting Duterte.

Under Project Sodoma, he said with Duterte out, Vice President Leni Robredo would be president, based on the Constitution, while Trillanes, whose term as senator ends in June, would be installed as vice president.

LP, Robredo and the others have denied the allegations.
