MANILA, Philippines – Jeanne Napoles, daughter of Janet Lim Napoles, filed an urgent ex parte motion at the Court of Tax Appeals to lift the arrest warrant issued against her when she failed to appear in her scheduled arraignment in the 17.46 million peso tax evasion case.
