(Eagle News)—An Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao today, June 5.
In its 6 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said as a result, Visayas and Palawan will be cloudy and will have scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Occidental Mindoro, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from the East will prevail over Visayas and Palawan, while winds from the East to Southeast will prevail over Occidental Mindoro, which will have slight to moderate seas.
