Isolated thunderstorms expected in parts of PHL today, April 20

(Eagle News)—Isolated thunderstorms are expected in parts of the country today, April 20, as the easterlies affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will have  partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Flash floods during severe thunderstorms are also possible

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers but due to localized thunderstorms.

The whole country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters, PAGASA said.
