Isolated rainshowers to prevail in parts of PHL today, April 16

(Eagle News)–Isolated rainshowers are expected in parts of the country today, April 16, as the easterlies affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

The Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, and Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

PAGASA said flash floods during severe thunderstorms are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country on the other hand will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The eastern section of the country will have moderate winds and moderate coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
