(Eagle News)—Isolated rainshowers are expected in parts of the country today, April 21, as the easterlies affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Flash floods during severe thunderstorms are also possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, this time, due to
localized thunderstorms.
The whole country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
