Isolated rainshowers expected in parts of PHL today, April 15, as easterlies affect country

(Eagle News)–Isolated rainshowers are expected in parts of the country today, April 15, as the easterlies affect the archipelago.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Flash floods during severe thunderstorms are possible.

Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to occasionally strong winds and moderate to occasionally rough coastal waters, PAGASA said.

The eastern sections of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will on the other hand have moderate  winds and moderate coastal waters, while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
