QUEZON City, Philippines – Incoming Philippine National Police chief Gen. Ronald Dela Rosa defended Tanauan Mayor Antonio Halili of Batangas on his use of the “walk of shame” as a way to fight illegal drug pushing. According to Dela Rosa, although there may be human rights violations, the method used by Mayor Halili is proven effective in the fight against drugs.
