Inauguration ceremonies for Duterte start

(Eagle News) — The inauguration ceremonies for President-elect Rodrigo Duterte start inside Rizal Hall in Malacanang at around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 30, with the holding of an economical prayer, followed by a special song, “Duterte Para sa Tunay na Pagbabago” written and sung by Freddie Aguilar, and the reading of the Joint Resolution proclaming Rodrigo Duterte as President and Leni Robredo as the Vice-President based on the results of the May 9, 2016 elections by Senate President Franklin Drilon.

The oath-taking of Duterte will start at exactly 12 noon
