(Eagle News)–These pictures show a copy of the pages of the Land Transportation Office resolution that perpetually barred Luis Miguel Lopez, also known as Miko Lopez, from securing a driver’s license.
Based on the copies, Lopez himself received on June 6 a copy of the LTO resolution that also revoked his current driver’s license, and slapped fines ranging from P1000 to P5000 against him.
Lopez was seen in a viral video driving a car from the front passenger seat, and lighting a cigarette as he did this, among others.
The LTO also said that based on pictures he himself posted, Lopez was speeding.
