QUEZON City, Philippines – In an exclusive interview with Agila Balita Alas Dose, Philippine National Police spokesperson Sr. Supt. Dionardo Carlos cleared that no raid was actually conducted in the compound owned by Mayor Ronaldo Espinosa but a regular police action after the PNP patrol in the area was fired upon from the Espinosa compound.
