MANDALUYONG City, Philippines (Eagle News Service, August 30) – As members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo continued its assembly last night in EDSA Shaw, Brother Arnel Tumanan, a minister of the Church went up the stage and through his passionate speech inspired the INC members to keep up their peaceful assembly until the government in general and the Department of Justice in particular, ceases to meddle in the internal affairs of the Church.
Bro. Arnel Tumanan is one of those named by Isaias Samson as being illegally detained by the Church, a fact that was vehemenently denied by Bro. Arnel Tumanan himself in his speech last night.
Through his sincere speech, Bro. Tumanan was able to energize and inspire the Iglesia Ni Cristo members in EDSA.
