QUEZON City, Philippines, Sept. 1 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the Philippines will experience warm and humid “-ber” months due to the strong effects of the El Niño phenomenon, contrary to the normal cold weather experienced by the country with the coming of said months.
