QUEZON City, Philippines — House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez said that the House of Representatives will not include the stabbing incident in the New Bilibid Prison in its investigation.
Instead the House will concentrate on the alleged drug trade in the NBP in order to formulate new laws regarding the matter and will leave the issue of the NBP riot to the Department of Justice.
