QUEZON City, Philippines, April 30 (Eagle News) — According to the latest data released by the World Health Organization (WHO), the leading cause of death of women around the world is heart disease.
According to the Philippine Heart Association (PHA), the same data is applicable to Filipino women, saying that lack of awareness is the primary factor of such statistic, with Filipino women more concerned with the health of their spouses and children than their own.
