Frontal system affecting extreme N. Luzon: PAGASA

(Eagle News) — The frontal system is affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

As a result, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will prevail over the entire Visayas, which will have slight to moderate seas.

Cloudy skies with rains will also be experienced over Ilocos Norte, Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are also expected over mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao and Benguet, this time due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds will prevail over extreme Northern Luzon with moderate to rough seas.

Light to moderate winds will prevail over the rest of Northern Luzon and Aurora province and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
