MANILA, Philippines, July 16 (Eagle News) — According to the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas, the FIBA wants two-time slam dunk champion Kobe Paras and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao, playing coach of the KIA franchise to attend the pre-launch of the Manila leg of the 3×3 world tour.
