Expelled Iglesia Ni Cristo evangelical worker, Lowell Menorca II is facing numerous libel suits over his alleged accusations against Society of Communicators and Networkers or SCAN International.

Members of the SCAN International in Albay filed a libel suit against Menorca stemming from his allegations that the SCAN is a “hit squad” of the church.

SCAN International Albay President, Ariel Higuit said that Menorca’s allegation has caused damage to the group’s name and credibility.

Earlier, Jose Reyes of SCAN International of San Jose City in Nueva Ecija filed a libel case against Menorca because of the same allegations.

Another libel case was filed from SCAN International Aparri Cagayan, from SCAN International Vice President Richard Brito.

Meanwhile, another libel case was filed against Menorca, by SCAN International president of Camarines Sur Salvador Banaria, Jr., at the Iriga city prosecutor’s office. (Eagle News Service)
