QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – Suspected Eastern Visayas drug lord Kerwin Espinosa is finalizing his judicial affidavit with the help of his lawyers, according to the Philippine National Police – Anti-Illegal Drugs Group (PNP-AIDG).
Espinosa is scheduled to swear an oath on the veracity of his affidavit in front of his lawyers.
According to PNP Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa, the draft of Kerwin’s affidavit contains the names of police and government officials who protected his illegal drug operations, as well as the politicians who benefited from this.
