VISAYAS, Philippines, August 11 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), a magnitude 4.2 earthquake hit Cebu and Bohol this morning. PHIVOLCS added that there are no expected aftershocks.
